RCC Grade M25 in Superstructure Providing reinforced cement concrete in superstructure complete of Gr-M25 as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 800,1205.4 and 1205.5

HYSD in Foundation Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1202

HYSD in Superstructure Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in superstructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202

12 mm thick plaster (1:3) with one part cement and 3 parts approved coarse sand including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc for proper completion of work. (SI No. 583)

De-Watering by diesel pumping set of 5 HP capacity during the construction of Bridge & Culverts etc. including hire charges of pumping set and its POL, Labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (New Item No. 2 Chap. 19 Miscellaneous)

Providing and fixing of 100 mm dia partially perforated PVC pipe of approved quality in abutment, Raft foundation (to release pore pressure of soil) and wing wall for weep holes i./c supply of all material, labour, T&P and all sundries for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401(MoRt&H 4.1 401)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501

(B) Road, Embankment, Cuttings, Shoulders, Trees & Plantation: (a) Roads Maintained free of edge drop, inadequate cross fall, undulations, settlement, Ponding (E/W), (b) Deficient slopes, rain cuts in embankments (E/W), (c) Vegetation growth, Loping of tree branches. (C) Bridges and Culverts: (a) De-silting, (b) Clearing vegetation growth (Jungle Clearance), (c) Damaged/disturbed boulder pitching, breast /toe wall retaining wall, apron flooring , guide bunds (Boulder Apron), (d) Parapet, any damage to foundations, (e) Any defects in sub-structures, (f) Any defects in superstructures, raillings, parapets., (g) wearing coat, (h) Approach slab, (i) Painting & lettering of No. plates, repairs. (D) Repair of Roadside Drains: (a) Brick Work in 1:4, (b) Plaster, (c) CC-1:2:4. (E) Road Furniture: (a) Cleaning, Painting & lettering of stones & sign boards, Replacement of damaged/ missing stones & sign boards., (b) 200 m stones, (c) Km stones, (d) 5th km stones,. Maintenance requirement as per above and Mentioned in Special Conditions of Contract for Maintenance. Payment of Maintenance work as Percentage of final Civil Construction Cost.
