Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller at achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification inlcuding premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with machanical paver in sub-base/base course on wall prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per MOR&TH specification No. 406

Providing laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixe material by tipper to site, laying 1% OPC cement and 3.5% Emlusion in uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to acheive the desire density. (ETA) complete as per direction of engineer in charge

Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 using bitumen pressure dristributor @ 0.30 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with machenical broom. As per MORT&H Clause 503. complete as per direction of engineer in charge

Providing and laying bituminous concreate with batch type hot mix plant producing an average outpur of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as Morth Specification clause 509 complete in all respects complete as per direction of engineer in charge

Construction of Shoulder/Patri with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compaction to meet requirement of Table 300-2 complete as per direction of engineer in charge

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not less than 150 kg per cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing complete as per Morth specification no-601 & direction of engineer in charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, Plain jointed, plain cement concrete pavement (M-35 Grade) over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete as per Morth specification no-602 & direction of engineer in charge

Providing and insrting 12 mm dia tie rod with approved fixing compound affter drilling holes for grouting as per technical Specifications including subsequent cutting / removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples affter completion of grouting with cement/epoxy complete as per Morth specification no-2800 & direction of engineer in charge

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material complete as per Morth specification no-304 & direction of engineer in charge

Supply and fixing and Erection of built up overhead structure 12m-15m, span comprising of two vertical post 6mtr height made up to 300mm N.B. Heavy class M.S. Pipe as vertical welded with 10mm M.S. Plate at top & 12mm MS Plate at bottom. The Horizontal truss shall comprise of 50mm dia heavy class M.S. Pipe and 40mm dia heavy MS Pipe as bracing and 10mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post per structure desing and dwaring with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. The Work including construction at RCC foundation of ste 0.90x0.90mm of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including earth work in excavation 100mm thick layer concrete in 1:4:8 (Cement coarse sand and 40mm GSB) R.C.C. with 1:2:4 (Cement coarse sand and 20mm stone grit) including supply and fixing of 28mm dia foundation bolts 800mm long as per provision of structure desing including cost of reinforcement & structuring the lateral vertical clearance complete as per direction of engineer in charge

Supply of reflection sign board made out of 4mm thick aluminium sheet face to be fully covered with heat activated high intensity grade encapsulated lens type Retro Reflective Sheetng as per colour required. The retro Reflective sheet shal be procesed on base aluminum subtract by heat lamp vaccum aoolicator signs, letters and symbol shall be cut be computerised cutting machine and fabricated cut of high intensity grade sheeting/screen printing. Board are to supplied along with back supported angle iron frame of 35x35x5mm back side of the aluminium sheet shall be painted with stove enamel process complete as per direction of engineer in charge

Maintenance of widening & strengthening work including crack sealing spot patching including restroration of rain cuts and dressing of side slop / berms making up of berms / shoulders maintenance of drain, maintenance of culvert, maintenance of guard rails and parapet, maintenance of road sign, speed breakers standing tree at adjacent of road wherever required maintenance of 200m stone (Hectometre) and kilometer stones, cutting of branches of trees, shrub and trimming of glass and weeds etc while washing of parapet including CD work, paiting of guard stones, refixing of displaced gaurd stone (As per Performance index Annexure-1) mentioned in GO No-17/2024/ sa-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113 /2023 dated 16-01-2024 & E-in-C Letter No-3689/C-OPRMC / MUL-2023-24 dated 17-02-2024 subjected to approval from Govt.
