Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying reinforced concrete pipe NP3 in single row for culverts on 'Type A' (Concrete cradle) bedding with M 15 grade cement concrete including fixing coller with cement mortar 1:2 but excuding excavation protrction work, backfilling, concrete and masonary works in head walls and parapets clause 1106 as per Data Book item No. 9.3 (B)

12mm thick plaster on brick work minimum thickness not less than 10mm with 1part of cement and 4 part of find sand of 1.25 fineness modulus. As per SI. No.-584

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. cement in the proportion 1:2:4 including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Maintenance of Concrete surface including Crack Sealing spot patching including restoration of rain cuts and dressing of side slop / berms,making up of berms / shoulders.maintenance of drain, maintenance of culverts and cause ways,maintennance of guard rails and parapet.maintenance of road sign,speed breakers, standing tree at adjacent to road wherever required.maintenance of 200m Stone(Hectometr) and kilometr stones, cutting of branches of trees, shurb and trimming of grass and weeds etc.white whashing of parapet including CD Work,painting of guard stones, refixing of displaced guard stone (as per performance Index Anexure-2) mentioned in GO No. 17/2024/sa-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 dated16.01.2024 & Enc lettere no. 3689/C-OPRMC/MUL-2023-24 dated 17.02.2024 subjected to approval from Govt.Maintence of 1st year after completion of work @ Zero % of total cost of CC work (Sum of Amount of Sr. 1 to 7).

Maintenance cost for 2nd year @ 0.25% cost of work (Sum of Amount of Sr. 1 to 7).

Maintenance cost for 3rd year @ 0.50% cost of work (Sum of Amount of Sr. 1 to 7).

Maintenance cost for 4th year @ 0.75% cost of work (Sum of Amount of Sr. 1 to 7).

Maintenance cost for 5th year @ 1.00% cost of work (Sum of Amount of Sr. 1 to 7).

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Maintenance of bituminous surface road and gravel or WBM road including filling pot holes and patch repair etc.restoration of rain cuts and dressing of side slop / berms,making up of berms / shoulders.maintenance of drain, maintenance of culvert,maintennance of guard rails and parapet.maintenance of road sign,speed breakers, standing tree at adjacent to road wherever required.maintenance of Hectometr and kilometr stone, cutting of branches of tree, shurb and trimming of grass and weeds etc.white whashing of parapet including CD Work,painting of guard stone, refixing of displaced guard stone (as per performance Index Anexure-1) mentioned in GO No. 55 /2022 /187 /23-9-2022-02 Nabard / 2021 Dt. 28.04.20022 & Enc lettere no. 14 BDD -1 ( NH ) / 40 MT - 11 / 2024dated 03.01.2024 subjected to approval from Govt.Maintence of 1st year after completion of work @ Zero % of Cost of Work (Sum of Amount of Sr. 1 to 5).

Maintenance cost for 3rd year @ 3.00% cost of work (Sum of Amount of Sr. 1 to 5).

Maintenance cost for 4th year @ 4.50% cost of work (Sum of Amount of Sr. 1 to 5).
