Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 (13.2mm & 11.20mm in 2:1) mm aggregates @0.27cum per 10 sqm either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 @1.46kg per sqm to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508. (including Bitumen & Excluding G.S.T.) (Bitumen Shall be supplied/recovery as per Schedule "C")

Seal Coat Type-C Providing and laying seal coat sealing 6.7mm stone grit @0.009 cum per sqm the voids in a bituminous grade VG-10 @0.65kg per sqm surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 509. (including Bitumen & Excluding G.S.T.) (Bitumen Shall be supplied/recovery as per Schedule "C")

Cement Concrete Pavement Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 (Excluding GST)

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be the form of regular pits not exceeding ½ meter (20”) in depth and earth work in enbankment to be in 20cm (8”) layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5m (5”) lift and 30m (100’) lead. The earth form cutting to be used in making embankent or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m (100’) distance as directed by the E/I. (Excluding GST)
