The aggregate shall be in situ pulverized/stabilize using four wheeled drive recycler having working depth up to 50 cm with variable depth control system. Compacting with vibratory roller, Pneumatic roller and vibratory Pad Foot pad roller (20 tonne) to achieve design unconfined compressive strength. but excluding cost of GST.

Providing, laying and spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.50% Emulsion in uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density. but excluding cost of GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. MORT&H Specification 503 .Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, and all taxes complete but excluding cost of GST.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG-30 bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, and all taxes complete but excluding cost of GST.

Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with Disposal upto 1000 metres.Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m but excluding cost of GST.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. but excluding cost of GST.

Dismentling of old brick laid (Interlocking tiles) on flat interlocking tiles including stacking of old interlocking tiles. SI.No. 17.18 new item but excluding cost of GST.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 but excluding cost of GST.

Laying of old Interlocking Tiles of including levelling and dressing of surface up to required level and slopes over 30 mm thick bed and filling joints with fine sand including cost of fine sand, labour, T&P etc complete But excluding cost of Tile as directed by Engineer in charge. SI.No. 20.13 new item but excluding cost of GST.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing. but excluding cost of GST.

Construction of un-reinforced, expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 (Grade)(1:1½:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints as per norms, applying debonding strips primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction, joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 including Cost of Polythene Sheet and also including complete shifting of matrials & Concrete etc. SOR 2014 (b) but excluding cost of GST.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work. excluding cost of GST.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. excluding cost of GST.

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications RCC Grade M20 With Batching Plant, Transit Mixer and Manual placing excluding cost of GST.
