Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer applid @ 0.75Ltr/10sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.for two coat. Excluding GST.

Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:3 cement and Coarse sand mortar in Super Structure and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Excluding GST.

12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:3 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Excluding GST.

I/We hereby further agreed to execute any other item which are not included in above Schdule "B" which are essential to execut for bonafied completion of the work. SCHEDULE - “C” 1- Bitumen V.G.-10 shall be issued from the Divisional Store PD, PWD, Mainpuri at Stock issue rate at the time of issuing the material from the store. 2- There shall be no claim of contractor, if the material is not issued by the department due to non-availability in store or any other reason. 3- The unconsumed material issued in excess of bonafide consumption norms, shall have to be returned back to the store as mentioned above, failing which a recovery at the penatative rate, i.e., double the issue rate shall be made from the contractor’s bill. 4- Contractor have to return empty bitumen drums / emulsion drums immediately, failing which a recovery at the punitive rate i.e., Rs. 3000 per drum shall be recovered from the contractor’s bill. 5- The departmental road roller if spare, shall be made available to the contractor at site @ Rs. 2450 per day including POL charges, wages of driver and cleaner. If roller is kept idle due to non-availability of material or labour, recovery @ Rs. 2450 per day shall be made from contractor’s bill for idle period. 6- All material should be from Approved Quarry.
