Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Excluding GST.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. Excluding GST.

I/We hereby further agreed to execute any other item which are not included in above Schdule "B" which are essential to execut for bonafied completion of the work. SCHEDULE - “C” 1- There shall be no claim of contractor, if the material is not issued by the department due to non-availability in store or any other reason. 2- The unconsumed material issued in excess of bonafide consumption norms, shall have to be returned back to the store as mentioned above, failing which a recovery at the penatative rate, i.e., double the issue rate shall be made from the contractor’s bill. 3- Contractor have to return empty bitumen drums / emulsion drums immediately, failing which a recovery at the punitive rate i.e., Rs. 3000 per drum shall be recovered from the contractor’s bill. 4- The departmental road roller if spare, shall be made available to the contractor at site @ Rs. 2450 per day including POL charges, wages of driver and cleaner. If roller is kept idle due to non-availability of material or labour, recovery @ Rs. 2450 per day shall be made from contractor’s bill for idle period. 5- All material should be from Approved Quarry.
