Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, grading one spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete As per MoRTH clause 401

Providing, laying spreading and compacting graded sione aggregate to wet mix macadam specification induding premixing the Malenal with water at OMC in mechanical mie plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory taller to achieve the desired density

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premising the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant cammage of mixed Material by Sipper to site, with 1% OPC cement & 35% emulsion laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom for B.C.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm thick with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

(A) Same as above in item No.-2 but for Construction of Shoulder/Patri for Ordinary Soil. As per MoRTH Specification-305

Construction of Hume Pipe culverts Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ Manual means over areas (excedding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 M in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and to lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by engineer in charge as per DAR 2.6.1

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4 fine sand:8graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete including supply all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per DAR 4.1.8

Providing and laying 40 mm gauge brick ballast below pipe and in sides.As per PWD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of 350 NP3 pipe As per PWD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of 1000 NP3 pipe As per PWD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying & fixing of 350 NP-3 pipe with collers As per PWD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying & fixing of 1000 NP-3 pipe with collers As per PWD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Class 150 brick work in foundation and plinth with cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement :4 Coarse sand) As per PWD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Struck Cement Pointing on Brick work with cement mortar 1:2 (1 Cement : 2 Fine sand) As per PWD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12mm cement plaster in 1:4 cement & coarse sand mortar. As per PWD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Road Safety Work Providing and laying of hot appiled thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streak and holes.

Retro-reflectorised Traffic sign as per IRC-67-2012 providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67-2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting type-IV vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from International/Government Laboratory/ Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such a situation, the Employer / Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012. Legends , letters , numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7 . Proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender. i) 90 cm equilateral tringle with diffinitation plate size (20cm X 60cm) TRAFFIC SIGN -MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT.

Supply and Fixing of retroreflective high intensity informatory sign board /cautionary sign board etc. on each side of abadi,Petrol Pump and Police Thana. As per MORTH specification clause No. 801(8.4) PWD Chapter-24 S.I. No-18

Retro-ReflectiveSheeting type-XI with 4 mm thick ACM Single Side Providing & fixing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aluminium composite panel face to be fully covered with High Intensity prismatic sheeting type IV as per IRC-67:2012 retro reflective sheeting with back frame MS angle of 35x35x5 mm. Legends, letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7 The sheeting shall have a pressure - sensitive adhesive of the aggressive - tack type requiring no heat. solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface, in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacturer. The ACM (Aluminium Composite Materials) shall be fixed on the Back frame MS Angle with riveting. Micro prismatic type IV Retro reflective sheeting confirming to ASTM D4956-09 shall be Pressure fixed. 6M Span over head Cantilever Structure with 300 dia M S one vertical post Supply, fixing & eraction of built up Cantilever Structure 6 m span comprising of one vertical posts of 6.00 M height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & 12 mm M S plate at bottom. The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class M.S. pipe and 40 mm dia heavy M S pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel plant. The work includes construction of RCC Foundation of size 0.90x0.90x1.50 m of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in excavation 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:3:6 cement coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast and RCC - M25 grade concrete including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundation Bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering. The lateral vertical clearances and complete. Installation work shall be as per relevant clauses of MORT&H specification section 800 and IRC 67 2012 complete in all respect The Rates shall include cost of design fabrication, supply, transportation, Local shifting Erection of Signage structure using crane, inclusive of all taxes etc. all T&P machine. material and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment, patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T & P labour but excluding GST) for 1st Year maintenance cost @ 0.00% of Tendered cost of Construction as per circular No.-3689 C-OPRMC/Mool/2023-24 Dt 17.02.2024

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment, patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T & P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd Year maintenance cost @ 0.25% of Tendered cost of Construction as per circular No.-3689 C-OPRMC/Mool/2023-24 Dt 17.02.2024

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment, patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T & P labour but excluding GST) for 3rd Year maintenance cost @ 0.50% of Tendered cost of Construction as per circular No.-3689 C-OPRMC/Mool/2023-24 Dt 17.02.2024
