Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density (As Per Clause 406-4.14)

Providing, laying, and spreading of Graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixig with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC Cement and 3.5% Emulsion in uniform single layer on sub base/ subgrade and compaction with road roller to achieve the desire density.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sum on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As per MORT&H Clause 503

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 Percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sum on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As per MORT&H Clause 503

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 Percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specificationclause No. 507 complete in all respects

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from boorrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slop and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 Patri

Providing and laying of hot thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflect rising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35 the finished surface to be level uniform and free sleek and holes, Zebra Line

Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D 4858-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally In such a situation, the Employer / Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012. Legends, letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MORTH specification No-801.37 Sheet fixed over aluminum sheeting 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm. Supported on a mild, steel single angle iron post 75x75x6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M-13 grade cement concrete 45x45x60 cm. below ground level as per approved drawing, complete.
