Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401. complete as per Morth Item No 4.01-401B

Stabilized Sub-Base (FDR Technology) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of existing granular material adding cement using truck mounted / self propelled cement spreader shall have variable working width with microprocessor, controlled spray rate through augers and cellular wheels. The aggregate shall be in situ pulverized/stabilize using four wheeled drive recycler having working depth up to 50 cm with variable depth control system. Compacting with vibratory roller, Pneumatic roller and vibratory Pad Foot pad roller (20tonn) to achieve design unconfined compressive strength.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 complete as per Morth Item No 3.18-305.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from 5KM carted with all lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 (Carted Earth Upto 5.00km Lead) complete as per Morth Item No 3.18-305

Emulsion Treated Aggregate Base (Wet Mix Macadem + Cement + Emulsion) - As per Morth 2nd Revision 2019. Providing laying and spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing of water at OMCin mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying with 1% OPC and 3.5 % emulsion(SS-2) in uniform single layer on subbase subgrade and compacting with road roller to achive desired density complete as per Morth Item No 4.1.4-406.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Incl cost of bitumen) complete as per Morth Item No 5.02-503(i)

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete. with HMP producing an average output of 120 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification clause no 509 complete in all respects.. (Incl cost of bitumen) complete as per Morth Item No 5.05-507B.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade OPC cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete as per Morth Item No 6.02-602

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by v ibration including curing for 14 days. complete as per Morth Item No 12.04-2100.

Thermoplstic Paint - Providing and Laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Rates to be inclusive of all taxes, royalty, VAT etc. all T&P/machine, material and labour required for proper complition of work. In centre line, side line, stop line, Zebra line, etc.

Type - A, "W": Metal Beam Crash Barrier - Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 upto date made of high intensity grade sheeting type-IV vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with PCC M-25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from International/Government Laboratory/ Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such a situation, the Employer / Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67 upto date. Legends , letters , numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7 . Proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender.
