Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors.

Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in Super Structure including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.Ch-6 SI No-305+309

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 (One part of Cement, Two Part of Coarse Sand and Four Part of 2cm Stone Grit) in Slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending and including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required to proper completion of the work/strength of the concrete shell not be less than M-15 grade.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

P/L integral cement based water proofing treatment BIRCK KOBA including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 to required slope including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

6mm thick plastering on ceilings and soffits of stairs upto floor two level instead of plastering in walls.With 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand )

15mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor to level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth..(II) 1 cement : 4 Coarse sand , As per chp-13, SI No.-583(ii)

Antitermite treatment of soil under floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart @ 100 Nos Holes per 9.00 Sqm. including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging also to match the floor properly :

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor of 600x 600mm sizes (thickness 10mm), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in desired colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, including grouting of joints. , As per chp-14, SI No.-14

Supply of fixing 6mm (1/4") thick china white glazed tile in flooring or dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement jointed and polishing complete including supply of all materials, labour for proper completion of the work. , As per chp-14, SI No.-628

Finishing walls with POP approved brand and manufacture and of required shade and undacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and cost of all material, labor, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.as Chapter-15 S.N-26

Finishing walls with Putty approved brand and manufacture and of required shade and undacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. , As per chp-15, SI No.-27

Wall painting (two coat) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on decorative wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface clean all of dirt, grease loose pieces and prepare smooth.Extra over item no. 23 above and for every subsequent coat of wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacturer. , As per chp-15, SI No.-23+24

Distempering (two coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undercoated wall surface to give an even shade over & including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J&N, Shalimar, Asian, paints after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even with plaster of approved synthetic material and sand papered smooth including cost of all materials.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surface upto 10cm. In width or girth or small not exceeding 0.10 Sq.M. area after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly clearing oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushed, fine steel/wood. Scrapper, sand papering and knotting including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. CH-15 i.n.641 new 1a

Applying priming coat over new Wood surface upto 10cm. In width or girth or small not exceeding 0.10 Sq.M. area after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly clearing oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushed, fine steel/wood. Scrapper, sand papering and knotting including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. CH-15 s.i.641 new 1b

Two coat painting with superior quality synthatic enamel paint over and including one coat of ready mixed priming paint on new metal surface including cleaning of surface and preparation of base by giving a coat of putty made of paint and whiteing, rubbing and sand papering to give a smooth surface including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. Required for proper completion of the work. CH-15 i.n.641 new 2a +642

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Ch-12 SI No-15new

Supply and fixing of flush doors, commercial quality conferming of I.S. 2202 part-1 (1983) including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks, handles, springs, fitting with necessary screws to be supplied departmentally (40mm thick). Extra for providing lipping with 2nd class teak wood.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315 , having brand logo embossed on the body/ plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors including cost of cutting floors ,embeding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete.

Wall Paneling : Providing and fixing in position wall panels of plain teak wood particle board 12mm thick bonded with B.W.P. type Phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin tiles kail wood frame and provision for providing switch board fixtures etc. as per drawing complete with polishing and fining with Fremg wax polish as per direction given by Engineer-In-Charge with one side laminated instead of plain board.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone of size 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with floating coat of neat cement (40mm thick floor)

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces),excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape and Extra for circular cutting in C.G.S. sheet roofing for making opening wherever required. 1 mm thick with zinc coating. as per DSR 12.1 & 12.3
