Delinator Post :- Supply of Retro Reflective Delinator post of 70mm dia heavy duty sheet pipe 1.20m long fork at flate iron 40x5mm welded at yellow duly painted with black strong paint, reflective tape in 3.00 layers of size 4" around the pipe post covered with long size around the post at central store. (including all material T&P labour cess etc but excluding GST)

Providing and laying of hot appiled thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streak and holes for Edge Line & Center Line (including all material T&P labour cess etc but excluding GST)

Providing and laying of hot appiled thermoplastic compound 5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, Thickness of 5.00 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streak and holes for Repetry Bar in abadi & Curve (including all material T&P labour cess etc but excluding GST)

TRAFFIC SIGNS - MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT :- Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to th ground by means of properly dsignd foundation with M-15 grade cment conc. 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground lvel as per approved drawing (including all material T&P labour cess etc but excluding GST)

SPEED BREAKER/Parabolic Hump/Speed Table/BC:- Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 60-90 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG-30 @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects (including all material T&P labour cess etc but excluding GST)

Crash Barrier - Providing and erecting "W" metal beam crash barrier (A-Type) comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail 70cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post. 150x75x5 mm spaced 2mtr. Centre 1.8m high, 1.1m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be gaivanized by hot deep process, all fittings to confirm to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5 mm, 330mm long complete as per clause 810 and also including fixing in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 core sand and 20mm nominal size grit) including of all material labour T/P etc. RCC foundation of size 0.35x0.35cm & 1100 deep and also including all taxes and excluding cartage at site as per direction of engineer in charge. Supply & fixing of crash barrier at approaches of the bridge constructed on Road (including all material T&P labour cess etc but excluding GST)
