Retro Reflective Signs (Type-IV Sheet) for single side Providing and fixing retro-reflective signboards comprising of customised modular PU Epoxy Coated MS angle Iron frame work, aluminum composite panel (ACP) as base board. micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet and electro cut colored overlay film/latex printing. The horizontal and vertical members including inclined outer members of the MS frame module shall be made of pair MS angle iron. No panel size shall be more than one sqm and each panel shall be braced diagonally (one way only) with MS angle. The MS frame module shall have length not more than 3 mtr. The aluminum composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4mm with 0.5 mm thick skin of aluminum on both sides. The ACP shall be fixed on the MS frame with pop riveting or with self taping SS screws 5mm dia spaced not more than 300mm centre to centre ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame. On the front visible face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet conforming to Type-IV of ASTM. D 4956-09 shall be pressure fixed. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67 2012 & proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded with quoting tender. The rate include all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Signage on MS angle frame of (35x35x5)mm" SI No. New Item 3 Chp. 27. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium sheeting Type IV, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly dsigned foundation with M-15 grade cment conc. 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, below ground level as per approved drawing. The retro Reflective Sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in indian conditions as per IRC 67 : 2012 (Stop Sign Board) Octogonal (900x900) as per SI No. 6 (g) Ch. 27. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.
