Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and leads,spreading,grading to required slope and compected to meet requirement of table 300-2

Construction of granular sub base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Providing laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing & Laying Spreading and compacting of existing granular material adding cement and admixture using truck mounted / self propelled cement spreader shall have variable working width with microprocessor, controlled spray rate through augers and cellular wheels. The aggregate shall be in situ pulverinzed / stablize using four wheeled drive recycler having working depth upto 50cm with variable depth control system, compacting with vibratory roller to achieve design unconfirmed compressive strength (FDR) (Non-Addetive)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grad (Emulsion with 3.5% emulsion & 1% cement)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG_10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Construction of U Type R.C.C Drain Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work.

Plain cement concrete (M-15) nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14days.

Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/Prestressed cement concrete in super structure as per drawing and technical specification (M-20).

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design,over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2M 30 (Grade),coarse and fine aggregates conferming to IS :383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm,mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side formwork (Steel channel,laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film,wdges,steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing),spreading the concrete with shovels rakes,compacted using needle,screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion,construction joints,applying debonding strips,primer,sealant,dowel bars,near approches to bridge/culvert and construction joints,admixtures as approved,curing of concrete slab for 14 days,curing compound (where specified) and finishing to lines & grade as per drawing &Technical Specification Clause 1501.

1000mm dia Hume pipe culvert Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification,including setting out,construction of shoring and bracing,removal of stumps and other deleterious matter,dressing of sides and bottom,brakfilling the excavation

Plane/Reinforced Cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications.(PCC M-15)

Brick Masonry Work in cement mortar 1:3 in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per Drawing & Technical Specifications

Providing & Laying 1000mm dia N.P3 Hume pie culvert pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement motar 1:2 but excluding excavation,protection works,back filling,concrete and masonary works in head walls

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork in sub structure & super structure as per drawing and technical specification.

Providing & Laying of interlocking concrete block pavements having thickness 80mm as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1504 of MORD specifications. (Labour only scraping of interlocking)

Providing and Laying of interlocking cocrete block pavements having thickness 80mm as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1504 of MORDspecifications. (OLD surface 50% safe interlocking tiles)
