Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete Size of Tile 600x600 mm. DSR11.41.2

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete DSR 11.38

12 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Ch.-13/13.4.1

Providing and fixing of ISI Marka flush doors shutter conferming to IS:2202(Part I) Non decorative type core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched comercial 3 ply veenering with Vertically grains or cross bands and face veneeres on both face of shutter:. Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Providing and fixing white vitrius china water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) along with P or S trap,including dismentling of old W.C seat and "S"OR :P" TRAP at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismentaled material including malba all complete as per the Direction of Engineer in charge.
