The earth in from of cutting to be used as spoil banks with in 50 M destance and also including mechanically compacted to 95% Proctor density etc. complete. CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT(C.C ROAD) construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade) (1:1.5:3) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383 maximun size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous opration including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints applying debonding strips primer, sealant admixtures as approved curing concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification (approved Quarri grit) New Item of road work (Including all Taxes but Excluding GST and Labour Cess)

Earth work in mixed soil excavation in ordinary soil S.I. No. 251 (Including all Taxes but Excluding GST and Labour Cess)

Providing and laying cement concrete in 8:4:1 with Stone ballast (40 mm nominal size) approved coarse sand and cement, curing complete, Including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors.S.I.no. 279 (Including all Taxes but Excluding GST and Labour Cess)

Class-150 brick work in 1:3 cement and Coarse sand of 2.2 fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as Per S.I. No. 307 (Including all Taxes but Excluding GST and Labour Cess)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1:Cement course:2 Coarse sand: 4 graded stone of size 12.5 mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with floating coat of neat cement ( 25 mm thick floor N.B.O. 14.69 (Including all Taxes but Excluding GST and Labour Cess)

12mm Cement plaster (1cement : 3 coarse sand) in single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm.
