Providing,laying and spearding material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement @ 2% by weight to the spraed Material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road rollar at OMC to achive the desired unconfined compressive strength and to from a layer of sub- base. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface., mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, as per MORD specification 401. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Providing and laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet by Manual Means of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm agregates using V.G.-10 grade bitumen bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared base by manual MORD specific ations 508. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with 80/100 grade bitumen sealing the voids in bitumens surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Brick lining on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 7 cm. wide. 11 cm. deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. SOR No. 765. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Providing and Fixing of Km. Stone and Fixing of Hecto meter stone. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectiorised sign as per IRC-67 made of high intensity grade sheeting the retro- reflecive sheeting type-IV shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67-2012 & proof of the same in form of Government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender vide MOR&TH clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 2mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a miled steel single angle iron post 75x75x6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45x45x60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing complete, as per direction E-In-Charge Note: The Composite warranty jointly signed by original manufacturer & authorized converter of at least 7 years shall be furnished on non judicial stamp of required denomination both for retro reflective sheet and also complete signage. New Item No Add IInd post @700. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil with lift upto 1.50 m a lead upto 30m including watering and ramming Complete as per SI. No 251a. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 FM and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundation including supply of all material labour ,tools, and plants etc. required for proper completion of work. (SI No. 273). Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Laying of hume pipe in position ( Labor only) including labour and T & P etc. required for completion of the work. ( SI No. 10.27). Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortor in foundation and plinth. (SI No. 305a). Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Struck cement Pointing with 1:2 cement and fine sand of 1.25 mm mortar including supply of all material T & P etc complete. (SI No. 574). Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Cost of 350mm dia NP-3 Class hume pipe. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all matrieals, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of door & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including lits fixing and binding the same with 24 B.WG.G.|. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour., Tools & planls etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extia. SI. No. 284a.
