Providing and laying Type-C seal coat with VG-10 bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C. Including supply of all Material Labour, T&P etc also including labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes (But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. as per technical specification clause 510. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per Technical Specification Clause 1501. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) Including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. (where machine can not move). SI.No. 251a. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone blast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 Including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI.No. 281. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer in charge but excluding GST.

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 In lintels of door & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. SI.No 284a. Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in Sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications.
