Providing and Fixing of Retro Reflective 600x800mm Facility sign boards made out of retro reflective sheeting of High Intensity prismatic grade conforming to IRC-67:2012 & Type IV standards of ASTM D4956-09 specifications, fixed over 2mm thick Al /4mm thick ACP sheet supported with Back support frame of 25x25x3mm mild steel angle as approved, supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mmX75mmX6mm - 3mtr height, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M20 grade cement concrete 45cmX45cmX60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. 7years Warranty for Retro Reflective Sheeting from the original sheeting manufacturer & a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor. Supply and fixing of single mould twin shank reflective road studs of category A Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate/ABS molded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflective of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values shall be as given in the detailed specifications and the product shall confirm to ASTM D4280. The raised pavement marker shall also meet all the testing conditions of ASTM D4280 and fixed to the road surface using recommended by the manufacturer. Two cylindrical Polymer Shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be molded in the RPM body. the reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to thhe MoRTH circular No RW/NH 33023/10/97-DO.III and the length height and width of the body shall not be less than 100mm, 15mm and 90mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm and outermost faces of configuration of marker shall not deviate more than 1.3 mm from a lfat surface. The marker shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The marker shall with stand flexural strength of 909 kg force in accordance with ASTM D4280 Marker lenses shall be molded of Polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro reflectory surface shall be 35+5 degreee to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 1 of MoRT&H Section 800 page no-353 and should accompany two year warranty for satisfactory field performance from the manufacturer.
