Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm nominal size (22.4mm-11.2mm) & 11.2mm nominal size (13.2mm-5.6mm) aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen @1.46 kg/sqm to required line,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static rollar capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type-C with bitumen binder @ 0.65 kg/sqm including cost of bitumen as per Technical Specification Clause 510.

Cement Concrete Pavement Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501

Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil , excavation to be in the form or regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm layers, including ramming & dressing the surface to equired levels and slopes and also including liftup to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m. The earthcutting to be used in making embankment or tobe deposited as spoil banks within 30m distance as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.
