Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per MORD specifiction clause 508. Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P, royality , all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. Supply and fixing of 350 mm dia NP3 type Hume Pipe S&S in position including labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P, royality, Labour cess, all taxes complete. But excluding GST

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design over a prepared sub base with 43 grade (OPC) cement or any other type as per clause no.1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade),Course and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding size of 25 mm mixed in a concrete mixture of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing). Spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying deboning strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joint , admixture as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-day, using curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification without dowel bar.
