Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Including all materials T&P Labour cess etc. copmlete but Excluding GST)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder(VG-30) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects (Including all materials T&P Labour cess etc. copmlete but Excluding GST)

Construction of sub-grade and earthern shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrowpits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, gradding to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No 300-2 (Including all materials T&P Labour cess etc. copmlete but Excluding GST)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including retroreflactive glass beads@ 250 gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exlusive of suface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 the finished surface to be level uniform and free form streak and holes for Edge line, Centre line & Zebra Crossing. (Including all materials T&P Labour cess etc. copmlete but Excluding GST)

Direction of Place identification sign with size more than 0.9 sqm size board providing & irecting direction & place identification reflectorised sign as per IRC 67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over alluminium sheeting 2 mmthick area exceeding 0.90 Sqm supported on a mils steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75mm x 6mm 2 no. Firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concreate 45 cm x 60cm, below ground level as per approved drawing with 7 years warranty . Rate include desing fabrication supply transportation and errection of the sign board and slso inclusive of all taxes royallty etc. All T&P Machine material and labour required for proper comletion of work. Note. The composite warranty jointly singed by original manufacturer & authorise converter of at least 7 years shall be furnised on non judicial stamp of required denomination both for retro reflective sheet and also complete signage.
