(DAR Item No. 4.1.8)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns. (DAR Item No. 4.3.1)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (DAR Item No. 5.1.2)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. (DAR Item No. 5.22.6)

Providing and laying 60 mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( DAR Item No. 16.68)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. ( DAR Item No. 15.56 )

15 mm. thick cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ). Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers. ( DAR- 13.5.1+13.21)

15 mm. thick cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand ). Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers. ( DAR- 13.5.2+13.21 )

Providing & applying white cement base putty of average thickness 1 mm., of approved brand & manufacturer, over plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. ( DAR Item No. 13.80 )

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm (DAR Item No. 13.45.1)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre ( DAR Item No. 13.41.1)

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below (DSR Item No. 15.12.1)

Making the opening in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface including disposal of mulba/ rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. For door/ window/ clerestory window. (DSR Item No. 14.4.1)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) (DAR 21.1.1.1)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) (DAR 21.3.2)

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/Clerestory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (M.S hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5 mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Frame size 50 x 100 mm (DSR Item No. 26.86.3)

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC ( wood polymer composite ) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising og virgin polymer of K value 58-60 ( suspension grade ), calcium carbonate and natural fibre ( wood powder / rice husk / wheat husk ) and non toxic additives ( maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms. ) having minimum density 650 kg/ cum. and screw withdrawal strenght of 1800 N ( Face ) & 900 N ( Edge ) minimum compressive strenght of 50 N / Sqmm., modules of elasticity 850 N / Sqmm. and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite / borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hings of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S. screws, all as per direction of engineer incharge. ( Note- Stainless butt hings and necessary S.S. screws shall be paid separately ) 35 mm. thick (DAR No. 26.87.2 )

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by ngineerin- Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (DAR NO. 8.31)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately). Size of Tile 600x600 mm. (DAR N0. 11.49.2)

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) ( DAR Item No. 13.7.2 )

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. ( DAR- 1.1.18 )
