Brick edging on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 8cm. (3") wide and 12cm (4½") deep laid with mud mortar including all labour and supply of brick finished to required template & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (CH-20, Sl.No. 765) (Local Earth) & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (Local Earth) & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T. (Including cost of Bitumen)

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. (Local Earth) & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T. (Including cost of Bitumen)

Providing, laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenious surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type 'C' as per Technical Specification Clause 510. (Local Earth) & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T. (Including cost of Bitumen)

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (Local Earth) (Local Earth) & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Part-B (CC Work) Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (Local Earth) & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Costruction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. (Local Earth) & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4 to 53 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Clause 405(3) (Local Earth) & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383 maximun size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick plastic sheet, wedges steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous opration including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints applying debonding strips primer, sealant admixtures as approved curing concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification (approved Quarri grit) (CH-20, Sl.No.20) (Local Earth) & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Part-C (H.P. Culvert Work) Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. In Foundation and floors.. as per SOR CH5, SI 275a & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and laying of 40 mm gauge B/B under Hume pipe culvert foundation in road work including all materials, labours, T&P etc. required for completion of the work.. CH-20, Sl.no. 18 & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation-100 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).as per SOR CH 6, SI 1) & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Supply, laying and fixing of 350 mm dia NP-3 class hume pipes in proper position in culvert. & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Flush Pointing on brick work with cement mortar of mix 1:3 (1Cement : 3 Fine Sand) as per SOR CH 13, SI 575(a) & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

12 mm cement plaster on brick work with cement mortar of mix (upto 10 mtr height from Ground level) 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse sand) as per SOR CH 13, SI 584 & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces (Two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar drops and loose scales of lime wash and other foreign matters.. as per SOR CH 16, (SI.No. 672) & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.
