Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.(Including cost of all Material, labour, T&P, Labour Cess and All other Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.) As per Direction by E/I.

Dewatering work of undergrounding water as well as surface water with the help of diesel engine pumping set during earth work in excavation of foundation for laying lean concrete and brick work in foudation (or as required), hire charging of pumping set, Fuel charge, labour and other T&P including cost of operation as per requirement at site & as direction by Engineer-in-Charge (Including cost of all Material, labour, T&P, Labour Cess and All other Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.) Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. Retro-reflectorised Traffic sign as per IRC-67-2012 providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67-2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting type-IV vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm×75 mm×6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm×45 cm×60 cm. 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from International/Government Laboratory Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such a situation, the Employer/Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67.2012. Legends, letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MORTH specification No-801.3.7. Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. as morth specification no 503.(Including Bitumen VG-10) (Including cost of all Material, labour, T&P, Labour Cess and All other Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.) As per Direction by E/I.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects Including Bitumen VG-30) (Including cost of all Material, labour, T&P, Labour Cess and All other Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.)
