WMM+1% OPC Cement+3.5% Emulsion Providing, laying and spreading of graded stoneaggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.50% emulsion in uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density. As per MoRTH specification No. 406 & E/I. (Including all taxes but excluding GST)

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Grading-IInd Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. (Including all taxes but excluding GST)

Tack Coat IInd on Bituminous Surface Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As per MoRTH specification No. 503 (Including all taxes but excluding GST)

Bituminous Concrete Grading-IInd Providing and laying bituminous concrete with HotMix HMP 60-80 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 (B) complete in all respects. RUMBLE STRIP Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100 TPH batch type hot mix plant Producing an average output of 30cum per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder Bitumen CRMB-55@ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the requied grade,level and aligment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tanderm roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clauses No. 509 complete in all respect. Supply, fixing & eraction of built up Cantilever Structure 6m span comprising of one vertical posts of 6.00 M height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & 12 mm M.S. plate at bottom. The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 50mm dia heavy class MS pipe and 40 mm dia heavy MS pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel plant.
