Brick work with common burnt clay (non madular) brick of class- 150 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shape and sizes in cement mortar 1:4 ::(1 cement :4 coarse sand )( Dar 6.4.1)

Providing and laying damp-proof coarse 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4( 1 cement :2 course sand (Zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm naminal size )(dar-4.10)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 ( 1 cement 4 coarse sand). D.A.R No-13.5.1

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coase sand :4 graded stone aggregate ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement , including cement ,slurry ,but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc complete ,40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal in size stone aggregate (40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal in size stone aggregate ) DAR NO-11.3.1

Providing reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required(12.8)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required::In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. (10.25.2)

Providing and laying asian paint smartcare damp proof water proofing membrane (fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid in white color specific gravity 1.25 water resistance and alkali resistance on horizontal surface at all depth above slab as directed by engineer in charge and consisting of ::(1) Cleaning of surface by removing of all existing loose paint dust or grass completely by using wire brush and washing th surface by using high speed water jet and vaccum cleaner .(2) Checking the surface soundness by using small hammer ,all craks at corrner joint channel and parapet should be properly teated by primer coat. (3) Applying priming coat product dode 1048 @ 0.93sqm/lit on entire surface by smartcare damp proof product code 1048 and use of water as a thiner for dilusion of 30% with brush and left the surface by dring 4-6 hour . The applying second coat smartcare damp proof product code 1048 @ 0.93sqm/lit by roller and left the surface by dring 4-6 hour . Apply the third and final layer of water proofing couat smartcare damp proof product code:1048 using brush and left the for dry.
