Plain Cement Concrete (M15) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. with 2 Cm gauge approved Stone grite,coarse sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 in leveling coarse including supply of all material, labour, T&P all taxes royalty,labour cess etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction by the Engineer In-charge.

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete (M25) in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications in raft, Abutment wall with with 2cm cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grite (excIuding suppIy of reinforcement and its bending, but incIuding its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire) and incIuding necessary centering and shuttering etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P all taxes,labour cess etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction by the Engineer In-charge

Furnishing and Placing Reinforced cement concrete (M25) in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification in dack slab,aproach slab with 2cm cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grite (excIuding suppIy of reinforcement and its bending, but incIuding its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire) and incIuding necessary centering and shuttering etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P all taxes,labour cess etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction by the Engineer In-charge

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage bend hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured & including cost of binding wireincluding supply of and all material, labour, T&P all taxes, labour cessetc. as per direction by the Engineer In-charge

Providing and laying Cement concrete wearing coat M-30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications

Providing & fixing 20 mm thick compressible fibre board in expansion joint complete as per drawing & Technical Specification..

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 110 mm dia PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications

Providing & Fixing of Drainage spout in slab completed as per drawing & specification.including supply of all material, labour, T&P all taxes, labour cess, royalty etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer In-charge .

Protection Work Providing & laying Launching & Apron & pitching with 40-60 Kg boulder including supply of all material, labour, T&P all taxes, royalty,labour cess etc. required for proper completion of work direction by the Engineer In-charge .complete as per drawing & specification

Backfilling behind the abutment wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specification including supply of all material, labour, T&P all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc. required for proper completion of workas per direction of Engineer In-charge .

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS-1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 bitumen using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. clause 503

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam (Grading - II 19 mm Nominal Size) with 40-30 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG 30 @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 bitumen using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. clause 503

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 30-40 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG -30 @ 5.40 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Road Safety "Type - A, ""W"" : Metal Beam Crash Barrier Providing and erecting a ""W"" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810."

Direction and place Identification signs up to 0.90 sqm size Board Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC-67 made of high intensity grade sheeting Type-IV The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from International/Government Laboratory/ Institute by the manufacturer of the heeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from Indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally. In such a situation, the Employer / Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012. Legends , letters , numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7 .Sheet fixed over aluminium sheeting ,2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm.Supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75x75x6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45x45x60 cm.,below ground level as per approved drawing, complete. Including cost of all material, Labour and T&P, Labour Cess but excluding G.S.T.

"Retro-reflectorised Traffic sign as per IRC-67-2012 Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67-2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting type-IV vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.
