Supplying and fixing of single mould twin shank reflective road studs of ‘category A’ Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate/ABS moulded body conform to ASTM D4280 & MoRTH Section 800. The raised pavement marker shall also meet all the testing conditions of ASTM D4280 and fixed to the road surface using the adhesive recommended by the manufacturer. Two cylindrical Polymer Shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be molded in the RPM body. The length of the road stud shall be 100 mm, width shall be 90 mm and the height of the road stud shall not exceed 20 mm. The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm as per MORTH Section 800. The road stud shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The road stud shall withstand flexural strength of 909 kgf force in accordance with ASTM D4280. Road stud lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq.cm. The slope or retro – reflectory surface shall be 35 +/- 5 degree to base. The raised pavement marker shall be make in India and shall be tested for abrassion resistance from government lab and report shall be uploaded along with tender. If somehow tender pre qualification condition do not ask for government report then the report shall be submitted to engineer-in-charge before finalization of bill. The product should accompany two year replacement warranty for satisfactory field performance from the manufacturer. (With Shank) as per SOR Ch-26 item no.-5 and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Solar power road marker (Solar Studs) The solar cateye shall be produced from an engineered polymer selected for superiror impact resistance and whether ability. the top of the marker should be transparent for solar charging and light output in active mode. THe base of the body shall be yellow or natural white as approved by engineer in charge the marker shall incorporate a solar panel (comprising of solar cells for converting solar energy into electricity, a storage device for storing the energy, LED for illumination and a design for providing 360 degree uniform smooth illumination through light tube. The marker shall also have high reflective plastic lenses for conspicuty in passive mode and dual shank on to pavement surface and shall be apllied with epoxy resin adhesives desing for use with raised pavement marker and as supplied by the marker manufecturer seperately. The solar cateye shall be of height 65+2mm and maximum diameter 136 + 4 mm. The solar studs/cateye should be tested for water ingress as per IP 65 standards and IP 68 standards and compressive strength of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM-D4280 and tested report shall be submitted at the time of within tender. If report shall be submitted to engineer in charge before finalization of the bill the rate shall include material labour equipments fabrication transportation erection installation and incidential all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Road Delinator Providing and fixing of standard as per IRC 79-2019 consisting of minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 square cm in white color, full cube corner micro prismatic non- metalic retro-reflective sheeting on each side conferming with IRC 67-2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4956 type XI table specification. The The Delenator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness on top of which retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both sides. The structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground width not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300 mm below the ground white being installed. The front and back facse of the delenator shaould be curved with a radius of not more than 200 mm and with della angle (or central angle of curve) layingn between 20 degree and 30 degree, to increase the visivilty of the delenator for vehchicles moving in continous curve the delenator shall have grooves across the length to make the reflective sheets vandal-proof. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdor wethering test in indian conditions as per IRC 67:2012 & proof of the same in form of goverment report shall be uploaded which quoting tender. if samehow tender pre qualification condition do not ask for goverment report then the report shall be submitted of engineer-in-charge before finalization of bill. The delenator is meant for application on gaps in median, trafic islands, dangerous bends, roundabouts, narrow bridges etc. or as per desired by site engineer. Providing and fixing of traffic sings - CHEVRON signs at curves retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to th ground by means of properly dsignd foundation with M-15 grade cment conc. 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground lvel as per approved drawing Morth 801 (8.4) viii and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.
