Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 12.5 in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).(DSR 2023 I.N. 6.3.1)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works (DSR 2023, 10.25.2)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (DSR 2023 INo-5.1.2)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete (DSR 2023 Item No- 5.9.1)

S/F Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars (DSR 2023 Item No- 5.22.1)

S/F Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work ready to use “cut and bend” rebars of approved make from factory/workshop to construction site including placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. (DSR 2023 Item No- 5.22C.1)

12 mm thick cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) (DSR 2023 Item No-13.4.1)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thick over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete (DSR 2023, I No.13.26)

Finising walls with acrylics smooth exterior paint of required shade New work two more coat applied @1.67 lir./10Sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @2.2kg/10Sqm (DSR 2023.-13.46.1)

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works (DSR 2023, 13.50.3)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture (DSR 2023 Item No-13.62.1)

Construction of unreinforced, dowel jointed at expension and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement thickness as design, over a prepare subbase, 43 grade cement for any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 (grade), coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix desing, laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished in continous opreation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joint, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approches to bridge,/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved curing of concrete slabs for 14 days curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to line and grade as per drawing and techenical specification clause 1501 (A.R.)

Providing & fixing UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing up to any pitch, including fixing with polymer coated ‘J' or ‘L’ hooks, bolts & nuts 8 mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS 12866.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified. 2 mm thick flat (DSR 2023 I.N. 12.47.2)
