CTSB- Providing, Laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement (OPC) @ 2% by weight to the spread material, manully, mixing in place with rotavator and compaction with the road roller at OMC to achive the desired unconfined compressive strength and to from a layar sub-base. (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

(GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Cement Concrete Pavement Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade OPC cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 & MORD SR N0-6.4 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Tack Coat- Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG- 10 grade using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As per T.S.C. 503 & MORD SR N0-5.2(IV). (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess & Bitumen.

Premix Carpet- Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm aggregates (Dala quarry) either using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base by manual means including mixing in a sutabule mixol laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. as per T.S.C. 508. & MORD SR N0-5.9 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess & Bitumen.

Seal Coat type C- Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG- 10 grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per T.S.C. 510 & MORD SR N0-5.12 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess & Bitumen.

Earth work- Earth work in Excavation in trenches for foundation in ordinary soil ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated as per P.W.D. Specification. SOR S.I. No. 251 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess. For drain and HP Culvert.

Concrete with 40 mm gauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 as per S.I.No. 275 for Hume Pipe Culvert. (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess. For HP Culvert

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. SOR S.I. No. 280 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess. For drain.

Brick work- Brick masonry work in Cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specification clause 600, 1202 and 1203 II. & MORD SR N0-11.5(II) Brick masonery in 1:4 cement mortar. (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Supply of 600 mm dia Hume pipe NP-3 type (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Supply of 350 mm dia Hume pipe NP-3 type (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Laying and fixing of RCC Hume Pipe NP-3 class length 2.50 mtr (labour only) 600 mm dia. (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Laying and fixing of RCC Hume Pipe NP-3 class length 2.50 mtr (labour only) 350 mm dia. (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Supply and laying of Compacted 40mm gauge brick ballast arround and below hume pipe (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Struck pointing with 1:2 cement and fine sand. As per S.I. No. 574 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Reinforcement Cement Concrete Approved coarse sand and 20mm garuge approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in (Lintels of doors and windows) excluding supply of reinforcement and etc. binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work Binding wire cost being including in the item. S.I. No. 283 A. (For Drain Work) (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess. For RCC drain.

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 1000 and 1202 & MORD SR No-11.5 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Dismantling Reinforced cement concrete or reinforced brick work, including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 M. asper SI. NO. 694. (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Dismantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of material as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60m. (200 ft) As per S.I. No. 692 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structure as per drawing and technincal specification including setting out construction fo shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and others deleterious matter, dressing of sites and bottom and back filling with approved material.As per MoRTH Specification 304 & MorTH SR N0-12.01(I)B (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Providing and laying of Granular material (GSB) filling including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. MorTH SR No-12.03 & Specification Clause-304 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete (M20) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications clauses 12.08 (B)1500,1700 & 2200 & MorTH SR N0-12.08 B (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry /Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment wing wall / return wall with 100mm dia pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1v:20h towards foce. As per SI 16/31 & MorTH SR N0-13.08 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

(M30) Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/ Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification As per MoRTH specification 1500, 1600 & 1700 & MorTH SR N0-14.01C (using batching plant transit mixer) (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD TMT bar reinforcement in Foundation,sub structure and super structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications 1600 & MorTH SR N0-12.42 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Providing and laying Cement concrete wearing coat M-35 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications 2702 & MorTH SR N0-14.04 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Boulder Apron Laid dry without Wire Crates- Providing and laying of boulder apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40kg each complete as per drawing and technical specification. 2503 & MorTH SR N0-16.01 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810 (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to th ground by means of properly dsignd foundation with M-15 grade cment conc. 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground lvel as per approved drawing. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67 : 2012 & Proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender. (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Providing and Laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5.0mm thick including refectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm. Area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35 The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes. (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Supply and fixing of 3M-Marker series 290 or equivalent cat Eyes in size of not more than 130mm and height not exceeding 20mm made up of strong engineering polymer thermoplastic polyurenthane with electronic welded lenses for retro reflective dry and wet weather condition along with btuminious adhesive BT-69 (3M) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including cost of fixing and all taxes complete.
