Supplying and fixing of single mould twin shank reflective road studs of ‘category A’ Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate/ABS moulded body conform to ASTM D4280 & MoRTH Section 800. The raised pavement marker shall also meet all the testing conditions of ASTM D4280 and fixed to the road surface using the adhesive recommended by the manufacturer. Two cylindrical Polymer Shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be molded in the RPM body. The length of the road stud shall be 100 mm, width shall be 90 mm and the height of the road stud shall not exceed 20 mm. The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm as per MORTH Section 800. The road stud shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The road stud shall withstand flexural strength of 909 kgf force in accordance with ASTM D4280. Road stud lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq.cm. The slope or retro – reflectory surface shall be 35 +/- 5 degree to base. The raised pavement marker shall be make in India and shall be tested for abrassion resistance from government lab and report shall be uploaded along with tender. If somehow tender pre qualification condition do not ask for government report then the report shall be submitted to engineer-in-charge before finalization of bill. The product should accompany two year replacement warranty for satisfactory field performance from the manufacturer. (With Shank) as per SOR Ch-26 item no.-5 and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Road Delinator Providing and fixing of standard as per IRC 79-2019 consisting of minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 square cm in white color, full cube corner micro prismatic non- metalic retro-reflective sheeting on each side conferming with IRC 67-2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4956 type IV table specification. The The Delenator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness on top of which retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both sides. The structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground width not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300 mm below the ground white being installed. The front and back facse of the delenator shaould be curved with a radius of not more than 200 mm and with della angle (or central angle of curve) layingn between 20 degree and 30 degree, to increase the visivilty of the delenator for vehchicles moving in continous curve the delenator shall have grooves across the length to make the reflective sheets vandal-proof. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdor wethering test in indian conditions as per IRC 67:2012 & proof of the same in form of goverment report shall be uploaded which quoting tender. if samehow tender pre qualification condition do not ask for goverment report then the report shall be submitted of engineer-in-charge before finalization of bill. The delenator is meant for application on gaps in median, trafic islands, dangerous bends, roundabouts, narrow bridges etc. or as per desired by site engineer. For Hazard marker board Retro-reflactrorised Traffic sign as per IRC67-2012 Providing and fixing of retro reflectroised cautaionary mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC 67-2012 made of High intensity grade sheeting vide clouse 801.3 friced over aluminium sheeting type IV 1.5 mm thick supported on miled steel angle irone post 75mmx75mmx6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-150 grade cemnent concreat 45cmx45cmx60cm below ground level as per approved drowing. the retro reflective sheeting tested for 3 years outdor wethering test in indian conditions as per IRC 67:2012 & proof of the same in form of goverment report shall be uploaded while quoting tender.
