)WBM Grading 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A)By Manual Means (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

(A)By Manual Means (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Prime Coat Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70- 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 to 0.45 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Case - I By Manual Means (I)Bitumen (S-90) (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Seal Coat Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 A.By Manual Means Case - III : Type C (I)Bitumen (S-90) (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Brick edging on both side of the road of class M-150 bricks 8cm. (3") wide and 12cm (4½") deep laid with mud mortar including all labour and supply of brick finished to required template & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Earth work in excavation in foundation in ordinary soil including lead upto 30mt hft 1.5mt. including all labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work. As per S.I. No. 251. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and laying pase concrete in 1:4:8 with cement course sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast including cost of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. As per S.I. No. 281 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Ist Class brick work in 1.3 with cement and coarse sand mortar including supply of all material labour T&P etc.required for proper completion of work. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Supply, laying fixing of Hume pipe 350 mm dia NP-3 in Proper place and position with color joint filled with Jute and cement slury. Including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required proper completion of work. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Supply and filling of granular material under pipe using Brick bats. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 cement and course sand mortar including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required proper completion of work As per New Item (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Struck cement pointing 1:2 cement sand mortar including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per E/I as per S.I. No. 574 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Supply, laying fixing of Hume pipe 900 mm dia NP-3 in Proper place and position with color joint filled with Jute and cement slury. Including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required proper completion of work. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and fixing of Hectometere stone as per IRC-8 including painting and letter writing etc as per direction of E/I. (Hecto mt. -stone)

Providing and fixing of kilometere stone as per IRC-8 including painting and letter writing etc as per direction of E/I.(Km -stone).

Providing and erecting direction and place indentification retro-reflectroised sign as per IRC-67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over almuminium sheeting,2 mm thickwith area not exceeding 0.9 sqm.Supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x75 x6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45x45x60 cm,below ground level as per approved drawing,Complete.(90x90 cm)

Maintenance of bituminous surface road and gravel or WBm road including filling pot holes and patch repair etc.restoration of rain cuts and dressing of side slop / berms,making up of berms / shoulders.maintenance of drain, maintenance of culvert,maintennance og guard rails and parapet.maintenance of road sign,speed breakers, standing tree at adjacent to road wherever required.maintenance of Hectometr and kilometr stone, cutting of branches of tree, shurb and trimming of grass and weeds etc.white whashing of parapet including CD Work,painting of guard stone, refixing of displaced guard stone (as per performance Index Anexure-1) mentioned in GO No. 55 /2022 /187 /23-9-2022-02 Nabard / 2021 Dt. 28.04.20022 & Enc lettere no. 14 BDD -1 ( NH ) / 40 MT - 11 / 2024dated 03.01.2024 subjected to approval from Govt. Maintence of 1st year after completion of work @ Zero % of total work amount of item 1 to 21.
