Providing and applying primer coat with EMULSION SS2 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared non bituminous surfaces (Cement Concrete pavement) cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A as per Technical Specification Clause 508

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminious concrete using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder as per job mix, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 509 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms pe sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 the finised surface to the level ,uniform and free from streaks and holes. (as per PWD SOR Lucknow 2020-21 Item No MORT & H-803(8.13)

Providing and laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 500gms pe sqm area, thickness of 5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 the finised surface to the level ,uniform and free from streaks and holes. (Thermoplastic bar marking) (as per PWD SOR Lucknow 2020-21 Item No MORT & H-803(8.13) Base (Repeated Bar)
