Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 (Carted earthwork upto 1.00 km)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete asper MORT&H specficatin clause no.401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per clause no. 406

(1) Emulsion Treated Aggregate Base (Wet Mix Macadam+Cement + Emulsion) As per MORTH Second revision 2019 Providing, laying and spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.50% Emulsion in uniform single layer on sub/ subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant 120 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects Grading-II.(Rate Including Bitumin VG-30)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 310 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing as per specification clause no. 602.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.asper MORT&H specficatin clause no.2100.

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications.(Grade M20) asper MORT&H specficatin clause no.1500,1700 &2200.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.asper MORT&H specficatin clause no.1600.

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in sub strructure complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.asper MORT&H specficatin clause no.1300.

Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP4/prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets .

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications asper MORT&H specficatin clause no.1300 &2200.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical Specifications asper MORT&H specficatin clause no.1300 & 2200

Providing and Laying of Rubber Moulded Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.PCC Grade M15

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade Kilometer Stone of standard design as per IRC:8 ,fixing in position including painting and printing etc.

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade Hectometer Stone of standard design as per IRC:8 ,fixing in position including painting and printing etc.

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811
