Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface with hydralic broom as per technical specificaton clause 503. I/c all taxes, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, cost of bitumen, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded Premix Carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades. as per technical specificaton clause 508. I/c all taxes, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, cost of bitumen, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510A I/c all taxes, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, cost of bitumen Contractor, Profit but excluding GST.

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in proportion of M-30 grade in cc pavement (theckness as per design) cement coarse & fine aggregate confirming to IS standard mixed in concrete mixture /Plant of not less then 0.2 cum capacity & appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed form work (steel) channel) laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the form work spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including hassion cloth for curring of concrete pavements for not less then 14 days curring compound (where as specified) and water finishing to lines & grade including supply of all material, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of work and also including complete shifting of Recron 38 fibre reinforcement material etcl & concrete etc. I/c all taxes, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, Contractor Profit but excluding GST. Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 M. in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M. lift and 30 M. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with-in 30 M. distance as directed by the Engineer incharge. (Royality removed by Govt. ) for small works/ Abadi area. (where machine can not move )SI No. 253A I/c all cess, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 M. in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M. lift and 30 M. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30 M. distance as directed by the Engineer incharge Carteded from 3 Km. form site of the Work. Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. Concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast, Fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement, in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundations and under floors, including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI No. 275 I/c all cess, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone Ballast, Coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI No. 281 I/c all cess, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.

M-150 Brick Work in 1:3 (One cement & three coarse sand) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work SI No. 307 I/c all cess, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.

Providing and laying Hume Pipe 600 mm dia NP-3 class R.C.C. I/c all cess, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI No. 279a I/c all cess, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and approved coarse sand mortar in 1:3 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work. SI No. 582a I/c all cess, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. as per S.I.No.284a I/c all cess, Labour cess, levy, toll fee, royalty, Contractor Profit but excluding GST.

M.S. ( tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage ,bend hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire.
