Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded material, sperding in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place mathod with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, As per MoRT&H Specification & Clause No. 401(B), 4.01 complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. Stablized Sub-base (FDR Technology) Providing, laying, spreading and compacling of existing granular malerial adding cament using truck mounted / self propelled cement spreader shall have variable working width with microprocessor, controlled spray rale through augers and cellular wheels. The aggregale shall be in silu pulverized/stabilize using four wheeled drive recycler having working depth up to 50 cm with variable depth control system. Compacting with vibratory roller, Pneumatic roller and vibralory Pad Foot pad roller (20 tonne) to achieve design unconfined compressive strength. As per directions of Engineer in charge. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates from approved quarry to Wet Mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant,, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layer with paver in sub basae/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density As per MoRT&H Specification & Clause No. 406, 4.14 complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. Providing, laying and spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site. Laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.5% Hincole Emulsion in uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density. As per MoRT&H Specification & Clause No. 406(A), 4.14 complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. (Including Labour Cess) (GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) grade using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MORTH Specification.) As per MoRT&H Specification & Clause No. 503(i), 5.02 complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type 120 TPH hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40 percent VG-30 of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction. Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement OPC @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing (M-35 grade Using Batching Plant-120 cum capacity 21.19 C) As per MoRT&H Specification & Clause No. 602, 6.02 complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer in charge. Widening of R.C.C Culvert & Hume Pipe (NP-3) & RCC-U type (500x500mm) drain. Excavation of foundations in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling. Watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplush earth as directed by the Engineer incharge up to a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches.
