Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. (Including cost of Bitumen)

Providing and laying seal coat by mechanical means with VG-10 grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-C as per Technical Specification clause-510 (Including cost of Bitumen)

CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT(C.C ROAD) construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383 maximun size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side fromwork (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, admixtures as approved curing concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 (approved Quarri grit)

Earth work in cutting or in embankment For patteris in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Cartage in Km-1 Earth Work)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors

M-150 brick work in 1:3 Cement coarse sand mortor in foundation & plinth includind supply of all materials labour and T&P. Require for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded of Not less than strength of M-15 Stone Bullast and curing Complte. including cost of formwork in foundation and floor.

RCC work Providing and Layingin position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.

Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and excluding the supply of steel and its waistage Bend, hooks, binding wire and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level. (8mm to 32 mm)

Pointing on brick work with cement mortar 1:3 (1Cement : 3 Coarse Sand)

Supply and Fixing of 100 mm dia PVC Pice for weepholes.

Providing and laying Filter meterial underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and technical specification.
