Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired densityasper MORT&H specficatin clause no.406.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. Use for improvement of cross and juction as per specification clause no. 502.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. Grading-II.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.asper MORT&H specficatin clause no.503.(Rate Including Bitumin VG-10)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant 120 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects Grading-II.(Rate Including Bitumin VG-30)

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.asper MORT&H specficatin clause no.2100.

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications.(Grade M20) asper MORT&H specficatin clause no.1500,1700 &2200.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.asper MORT&H specficatin clause no.1600.

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications clause no.

1st class bedding of 40 mm gauge brick ballast under & side of Hume pipe

Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP4/prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets. As per specification clause no. 2900( 1000 mm Dia HP)

Markings of centre line, Road edge lines on both side of Road with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint material conforming to MORT&H clause 803.4.2 and marking complete as per clause 803 of MORT&H specifications 2004.

Supply fixing and Erection of built-up cantilever structure of 6.00m span comprising of one vertical post of 6.00m high made up of 300mm NB heavy class M.S. pipe as vertical member welded with 10mm MS plate at top and 12mm MS plate at bottom. The horizontal truss shall comprise of 50mm dia heavy class MS pipe and 40 mm dia heavy MS pipe as bracing and 10mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design and drawing with one coat of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing

Providing and fixing of cats eyes type IZ-ASTMO-4956-04 of approved quality i.e. Avery, Dennison or 3-M (USA make)consisting of ASA plastic housing fitted with tightly adherent plotting compound. The housing shall contain prim Eric reflective face to reflect incident light including all taxes.

Supply fixing of delineators( Road way indicators hazard marker, object marker)80 to 100 cm high above fixing bed level, painted block and white in 15 cm wide strips fitted with 80X100mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorized panel at top ,buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC 79 and the drawing

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811
