Providing & laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-C as per Technical Specification clause-510

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per drawing over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement as per claus 1501.2.2 M 20 (grade) coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixture of not less then 0.20cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed site form work (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micorn thick polythine film wedges steel plates including leveling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate viobrators and finished in countinous operations including provision of contraction and expansion, as approved curing of concrete slab for 14 days curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to ines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 M (20") depth & earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers including ramming & dressing the surface to required levels & solpes & also including 1.50 M (5ft) lift & 30 M (100ft) lead. The earth in from of cutting to be used as spoil banks with in 50 M destance as directed by E/I etc. completion. For Pattires

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 of not less than strength of M-15 Stone ballast (40 mm nominal size) approved coarse sand and cement, curing complete, Including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4") gauge approved stone grit in the proportion 1:2:4 (One part of Cement, Two Part of Coarse Sand and Four Part of 2cm Stone Grit) in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending and including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required to proper completion of the work/strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-15.

Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including the supply of steel and its wastage Bend, hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level.
