Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P, royality, Labour cess, all taxes complete. But excluding GST. As per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P, royality, Labour cess, all taxes complete. But excluding GST. As per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular/Bituminous surfaces treated with primer & cleaned as per Technical Specification Clause 503. Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per MORD specifiction clause 508. Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P, royality , all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P, royality, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Brick edging on both side of the road of M-150 Bricks 7 cm wide 11 cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finishee to the required template aand also including dressing and rammiming the excavated earth as directed by the E/I But excluding GST.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design over a prepared sub base with 43 grade (OPC) cement or any other type as per clause no.1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade),Course and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding size of 25 mm mixed in a concrete mixture of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing). Spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying deboning strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joint , admixture as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-day, using curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification without dowel bar. Supply and fixing of 350 mm dia NP3 type Hume Pipe S&S in position including labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P, royality, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplusearth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI.No. 281 But excluding GST.

First class Brick Work in 1:4 cement & fine sand 2.20 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. requried for proper completion of the work.But excluding GST. SI.No. 305a

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI.No. 279a But excluding GST.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and Coarse sand of 2.20 fineness modules in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. But excluding GST. SI.No. 584 New Item

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703 Ordinary Kilometer Stone (Precast) But excluding GST.

Part (B) Mainteance work Maintenance Charge including @ Earth Work, repair of painted surface, earthwork on patri, culvert, road furniture etc. as direction of E.I. for the period of five years from the actual completion of work. Maintenance cost for 2nd year @ 1% of total work amount S.No.1-18
