Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per technical specification clause 510

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2

Construciton of un-reinforced, plain joint at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.3 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixerof not less than 0.20cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing. spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacting using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying joint filler board near approcehes to bridges/culvert and construction joints, admixture as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, using curing compound (where speficied) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specifications Clause 15-01

Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures upto 3m depth as per drawing and technical specification clause 1104 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand including watering ,dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials,labour and tools & plants,etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cement concrete with 4cm (1/2'') gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. cement in the proportion 1 : 4 : 8 including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Random course Rubble massonary in 1:4 cement and fine sand mortar in foundation and plinth, including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Raised pointing with cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar on brick work in proportion of 1:2 including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work

Cement concrete with 2cm (1/2'') gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. cement in the proportion 1 : 2 : 4 including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 617. 709, 1204.3.7

Earthwork in cutting or filling in ordinary soil excavation to be it the from of regular pits not exceeding 1/3 meter (20") in depth earth work in embankment to be in 20cm (8") layers including 1.5 meters (5ft) and 30m (100ft) lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with in 30m (100ft) distance as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Maintenance of Bituminous Surface Road and gravel of WBM road including filling pot hols and patch repair etc. restroration of rain cuts and dressing of side slop / berms making up of berms / shoulders maintenance of drain, maintenance of culvert, maintenance of guard rails and parapet, maintenance of road sign, speed breakers standing tree at adjacent of road wherever required maintenance of 200m stone (Hectometre) and kilometer stones, cutting of branches of trees, shrub and trimming of glass and weeds etc while washing of parapet including CD work, paiting of guard stones, refixing of displaced gaurd stone (As per Performance index Annexure-1) mentioned in GO No-17/2024/ sa-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113 /2023 dated 16-01-2024 & E-in-C Letter No-3689/C-OPRMC / MUL-2023-24 dated 17-02-2024 subjected to approval from Govt. Maintenance of 1st Year after completion of work @ 0% of total cost of PC Work

Maintenance cost for 2nd Year @ 1.50% cost of PC Work

Maintenance cost for 3rd Year @ 3.00% cost of PC Work

Maintenance cost for 4th Year @ 4.50% cost of PC Work

Maintenance cost for 5th Year @ 6.00% cost of PC Work

Maintenance of Concrete Surface including crack sealing spot patching including restroration of rain cuts and dressing of side slop / berms making up of berms / shoulders maintenance of drain, maintenance of culvert, maintenance of guard rails and parapet, maintenance of road sign, speed breakers standing tree at adjacent of road wherever required maintenance of 200m stone (Hectometre) and kilometer stones, cutting of branches of trees, shrub and trimming of glass and weeds etc while washing of parapet including CD work, paiting of guard stones, refixing of displaced gaurd stone (As per Performance index Annexure-1) mentioned in GO No-17/2024/ sa-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113 /2023 dated 16-01-2024 & E-in-C Letter No-3689/C-OPRMC / MUL-2023-24 dated 17-02-2024 subjected to approval from Govt. Maintenance of 1st Year after completion of work @ 0% of total cost of CC Work
