Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type "C" as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from local pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2

PART-B FOR CC WORK Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, at expansion and construction Joint only, plain, cement concrete pave ment, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as oer clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channerl, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedgesm steel plates including levelling the from work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, do wek bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days curing compund (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical Specification Clause 1501

Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5 metre (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 m (100 fts) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 m. (100 fts) from the foundation trenches.

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 km.(5 miles) from the site of work and including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Rate is Including Royality)

Cement concrete with 4 cm (1.5") gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 6 : 3 : I including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour& T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & overlapping & hooks.
