Flexible Apron :Construction of flexible apron 1 m thick comprising of loose stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg beyond curtain wall. (Including All Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.)

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical Specification . (Including All Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. (Including All Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culuverts on first class bedding of granular material including fixing with cement mortor 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling , concrete and masonary works in head walls and parapets clause 1106 of SOR chapter no. 25 item no. 38 (Including All Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (Including All Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen V.G.-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Including All Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects (Including All Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.)

Road marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Provding & Laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including relectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm ares. Thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. of SOR Chapter No. 26 item no. 803(8.13) (Including All Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.)

Road Delinator Providing and fixing of Standard Metal Delineator as per IRC 79-2019 of minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 square cm in white color, full cube corner micro prismatic non-metalic retro reflective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC 67-2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D minimum 40 microns thickness. The delineator shall be painted with powder coat of pasted on both sides. The structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground width not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300mm below the ground while being installed. The front and back faces of te delineator should be curved with a radius of not more than 200mm and with delta angle (or central angle of curve) lying between 20 degree and 30 degree to increase the visibility of the delineator for veghicles moving in continuous curves, The delineator shall have grooves across the length to mage the reflective sheets vandal-proof) The retor reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67-2012 & Proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded which quoting tender. If somehow tendor pre qualification condition do not ask for government report then the report shall be submitted to engineer-in-charge before finalization of bill. The delineator is meant for application on gaps in median traffic islands, dangerous bends, roundabouts, narrow bridges etc. of as desired by site engineer. Road marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Thickness of 5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Type-A "W" : Metal Beam Crash Barrier Providing and erection a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150x75x5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high 1.1m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fitting to conform to IS : 1367 anbd IS : 1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x 75x 5mm, 330mm long complete as per clause 810. Reflective Raised Pavement Markers (Road Studs/Cat Eye) Supply and fixing of relective raised pavement marker with its body surface made of tough ASA (Acrylic styrene Acrylontrite) of HIPS (Hi impact Polystyrene) of acrylonitrile butadiens styrenc (ABS). The marher shall supported a load of 1355 kg tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 and its reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face. Retro reflecting surface shall preferably be 35 + 50 to base and ares of each retro- reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.0 sqcm road studs shall be legibly marked with name trade mark or other means of identification of the manufacturer.
