Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (VG-10) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg to 0.40 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tone capacity, finished to required level and grades.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C seal coat

Constrcution of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (Grade), coarse sand fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregates not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixied side formwork (steel) channel, laying and fixing of 125 mirocn thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates inckluding levelling the formwork as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovles, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate viratiors and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technial specification Clause 305.1 including setting our construction of shoring and bracing removal fo stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead fo 50 m dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excvated suitable material.

Providing concrete for plain/rainforced concrete in (M-10) open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802,803,1202, 1203

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in (M20) superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in substructure complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1
