Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.50% emulsion in Uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve th desire density.. as per MoRT&H Specification 406.

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with Mechanical broom, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (For BC)

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grade premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 509 Complete in all respects.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete in all respects also including cost of material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer Incharge as per MoRT&H Specification no 602. (Not Less then M-40)

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors. As per S.I. No. 281.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (M-25) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.As per MoRTH Specification Clause No. 12.08 E-Case-II.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth. As per S.I. No. 13.4.1

Plain Cement Concrete (PCC Grade M15 ) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. As per MoRTH Specification Clause No. 12.08 A-Case-II.

Supply and laying & fixing of 350mm dia NP-3 Hume Pipe in proper alignment, joint filling and slopes etc. Complete as dwawing and technical specification.

Supply and laying & fixing of 600mm dia NP-3 Hume Pipe in proper alignment, joint filling and slopes etc. Complete as dwawing and technical specification.

Supply and laying & fixing of 1000mm dia NP-3 Hume Pipe in proper alignment, joint filling and slopes etc. Complete as dwawing and technical specification.

Dismantling R.C.C. work manually by mechenical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. As per S.I. no. 15.30

Maintainance Charge including @ Earth Work, repair of painted surface, Earth Work on patri, Culvert etc as per Direction of E/I for the period of Five Year from the actual completion of work. including royalty on materials. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Maintainance of Second Year (@0.25% of Total Work Amount of 1 to 18)

Maintainance of Third Year (@0.50% of Total Work Amount of 1 to 18)

Maintainance of Fourth Year (@0.75% of Total Work Amount of 1 to 18)

Maintainance of Fifth Year (@1% of Total Work Amount of 1 to 18)

Note - 1- Rates are inclusive of all taxes but excluding GST which shall be paid extra as applicable 2- Labour cess @ 1% will be deducted from contractor's bill at the time of payment 3-Maintenance will be calculated on value of actual work ( S.No-1 to 18)
