Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using pressure disributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with broom. Including cost of bitumen. complete at site as per E/I and MORD technical specification. Including cost of bitumen, Cartage, all taxes, material, T&P, Machinary, labour cess all taxes complete. Excluding GST as per direction of E/I.

Cleaning the existing Painted / primer surface and laying premix 2cm (3/4") thick over a tack coat with graded approved grit and bitumen VG-10 grade @ 1.46kg/sqm in mixol & graded approved grit I/c heating the grit to the require temperature and mixing either in mixer hand drum for proper completion of work as directed by the engineer-in-charge. complete at site as per E/I and MORD technical specification. Including cost of bitumen, cartage, material, T&P, Machinary, royality, labour cess all taxes complete. Excluding GST as per direction of E/I.

Cleaning the the premix surface and laying Type C seal coat with approved graded 6.7 mm grit passed from 9.5 mm and retained on 2.36 mm sieve and including mixing with bitumen VG-10 @ 0.65 kg/sqm. Either in mixure, hand drum I/C cartage of material, bitumen including the cost of material for proper completion of the work as per MORD Technical Specification. Including cost of bitumen.complete at site as per E/I and mord technical specification. Including cost of bitumen, cartage, material, T&P, Machinary, royalty, labour cess all taxes complete. Excluding GST as per direction of E/I.

Conctruction of un-reinforcedment, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30(1:11/2:3) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixier of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher useing approved mix design, laid with fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges,steel plates including levelling the formwork as per shovels, rakes, compected using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints as per norms, applying debonding strips primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction, joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501. Including cost of bitumen, cartage, material, T&P, Machinary, royalty, labour cess all taxes complete. Excluding GST as per direction of E/I.
