Direction and place identification signs with size more than 0.90 sqm size Board Providing and erection direction and place identification retro-reffectorised sing as per IRC-57 made of high intensity grade sheeting the retro refiectiove sheeting shall be tastd for a certificate of having the sheeting lested for coefficient of retro refilection, daytime color and luminance, shrinkage, flexibillity, liner revoval, adhesion, impact resistance precular gloss and and fungus resistance 3 year outdoor Laboratory institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained form intermational condition it shoud also be obtained form indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad alternatively a certificte conforming to ASTM specification (D4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathring requirements form a reputed laboratory in india can be accepted provisionally in such a situaltion the employer/client if so desires could seek for a performance guarantee with would be relased after receipt of cetificate of certificate meeting the requirment of three years outdoor weathering fo the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012 Legends letters numerais and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification no-801.3.7 sheet single angle iron post 75x75x6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45x45x6 cm below ground level as per aproved drawing complete.(Accidental Prone Zone)

Providing and erecting a ''W'' metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150x75x5 mm spaced 2m centre, 1.8m high 1.1m below ground/ road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS. 1367 and IS:1364 metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5mm, 330mm long complete as per clause 810.

Provinding and Laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 500 gms per sqm area, thickness of 5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.(As per MORTH Specifiction no 803) (Repeated Bar Marking)
