(Non Modular ) bricks of Class designation 7.5 in Superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and size in Cement Mortar 1:4 Cement and Coarse sand in including Supply of all materials labour T& etc required for proper completion of work as per DAR.No-6.4.1,

12 mm thick Cement Plaster with Cement mortar in proportion of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). DAR-13.4.1,

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. Providing Reinforced by Organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, mor L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.l. Plian and bitmen washers or with self drilling fastner and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purling, rafters and trusses) including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required. Providing and Fixing 12.5 mm thick Tapered edge Gypsum moisture resistant Board False Ceiling with Steel Section and Perameter Channal and Hungers Fixeres horizental level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main 'T' runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length etc. Complete as Per Direction of Engineer in Charge. DAR-12.45.3

Providing and laying Vitrified floor Tile Size of 600x600 mm in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved Make, in all colours & shades, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand), Jointing with grey Cement Slurry @ 3.3 kg/Sqm including grouting the joint with white cement and matching Pigments etc. Complete.. (DAR-11.41.2)

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately) 35 mm thick sqm, DSR-26.87.2

Supply and fixing of Stenless Steel Door And Window Fittings as Sliding Bolt, Tower Bolt, Handels etc. Complete as Direction of i/c.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. DAR-16.83,

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Wall Painting with Premium acrylic emulsion paint of Interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) Content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture, lncluding applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two Coat, DSR.N0-13.83.2),

Painting with Synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade two of more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. DSR.N0-13.62.1),

Providing And Fixing Float Glass Panes 4.0 mm thick (Weight not less than 10.00 kg/Sqm), (DAR-9.7.7.1)

Providing and placing on terrace ( at all floor levels ) Polyethylene Water Storage Tank. IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for intel, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. DSR- 18.48)

Disposal of building rubbish /malba /Similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
