Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8km (5 miles) from the side of work & including watering ,dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials,labour and tools & plants,etc. required for proper completion of the work. As Per S.I.No.-255

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre-constructional antitermite treatment and creating and chamical bariier under and arround the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduit etc. complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S. 6313 (Part II 1981) approved material such as Hepthachlor or chlordane will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows. (i) Treatment for masonary & foundation 5 Liters per Sqm. (ii) Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 Liters per Sqm. (iii) Treatment junction of top suface of plinth filling 5 liters per Sqm. (iv) Treatment of soil along External perimeter of Building 7.5 Liters per Sqm. (v) Treatment of soil under Apron along external perimeter 5 Liters per Sqm. (As Per S.I. No.-361 (Add Item)

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. (3/4'') gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.I wire.and including necessary cantering and suttering etc and also including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost. (S.I. No. 288)

Mild steel of iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete/ brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, its wastage and hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured. (S.I. No. 504)

Supply of M.S. Grill of a approved quality and drawing made of flat iron not bigger then 20x4 mm size including supply of materials, fabrication, labour, T&P and also one coat of red oxide paint complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for proper completion of work at site. (New Item No.03)

Class-150 brick work in 1:6 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No- 303)

Class-150 brick work in (Super structure) 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No- 305)

2.5cm thick damp proof coarse with cement consisting of concrete part cement 1½ part approved coarse sand and 3 parts approved 13mm (1/2") graded stone grit and including water proofing materials as ordered by the Engineer-in-charge in the proportion as specified by the manufacturer. (S.I. No- 361)

12mm thick plaster on brick work minimum thickness not less than 10mm with cement and fine sand of fineness modulus mortar in 1:4. (S.I. No.- 584)

One priming coat and two coat oil distemper on new work including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion.of work. (SI. No.649+650)

Painting or Vernishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat (up to one Sq. meter) of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm the ISI no. 103-1950. (SI. No.641+642)

2.5 cm (1") thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4") graded approved stone laid in panels finished with 3mm (1/8") floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 as specified over and including 8cm (3") thick base concrete consisting of cement fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus and brick ballast 4 cm. (1½") gauge in the proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any overlapping mortar at the joints ofthe panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 2cm (3/4") thick cement plaster in dado of skirting in 12 consisting of one part of cement and two parts of approved coarse sand laid in panels, finished with 3mm 1/8") flooating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As Per S.I. No.597)

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates doors frames records racks roof work, gates etc. wrought to required form including drilling holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also including supply of steel, bolts nut wasrage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work in new item. (S.I.No.503)

Supply and fixing Galvanized corrugated iron roofing 24 B.W.C. in position including supply of materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work and including wastage. (S.I.No.536)

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semi-circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Supply of M.S. Angle iron door, windows ventilation frame made of approved M.S. angle iron wroght to required form including drilling hole, welding and recetting where necessary and also including supply of all material, such as steel hinges of required size, nut & bolts etc. and also including all taxes, wastage and one coat of red oxide paint complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for proper completion of work at site of work. Supply & laying brick soling layer on prepared sub-grade with brick on end edging according to lines, graded and cross-section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth, spreading 25 mm thick layer of earth over brick soling, watering and rolliing the same with three wheeled road roller 80-10 kN as per technical specification clause 412.(Chapter -4 -4.18)

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. cement in the proportion 4:2:1 including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (SI. No. 279)

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 4 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. DSR 16.70.1
